This was great because at lunch we were able to run out to a restaurant in the casino without having to bring all our stuff with us. You also get a locker for the day that you set your own 4-digit code to. Next time I go to Foxwoods I will stay outside the casino as there are other hotels to stay at for far less money. The 25 gives you access to the gym, pool, whirlpool hot tub, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi from 6 a.m.
I have been to Vegas many times and it is nowhere near this bad. Between the cost of the room, a $250 dinner that was not worth it, and the show we were at about $800 for one night before we even stepped onto the casino floor. It seemed everywhere inside the casino businesses were trying to rip you off. If the casino wants people to come and gamble they need to lower the room prices. We attended a show that was great but even the casino was really not that busy. And there was crud all over the sink fixtures. There was nothing fancy about the room, the furniture is showing it’s age. We were on the thirtieth floor and looked at at the tops of all the buildings below. The cost of the room was about $330, but when you added all the additional fees on the room was close to $400.
Stayed at the Fox Tower hotel at Foxwoods.
